I created RISE not just as a service, but as a movement — a place where single mums are no longer overlooked, but held, heard, and empowered.
Why I created RISE
RISE was created from my own healing journey. It’s the space I needed - and couldn’t find - as a newly single mum: safe, grounded, trauma-informed and deeply compassionate.
Who am I?
Let's take you back to where it began.
In 2020, my world changed. I gave birth to my beautiful boy, covid hit and I was getting a divorce. I was suddenly navigating heartbreak, raising a newborn baby on my own and carrying a weight I never expected. The grief was layered. The loneliness was real. And the support from others who got it? It was hard to find.
The experience didn’t just change me - it shaped my purpose.
So that's why I am here
I created RISE to help other single mums not only survive this chapter, but to truly heal - in body, mind and soul - and to rise into the next one with clarity, confidence and community.

At RISE, I work 1:1 with women like you, offering compassionate coaching and trauma-informed tools to help you process your story, regulate your nervous system and reconnect to your sense of self. But healing doesn’t happen in isolation - which is why I also run events and create spaces where single mums can come together, be seen, and support one another.
Because when women rise, we rise together.
